The mission of the Plexus Young Professionals (PYP) is to create and promote cross-functional and vertical networking opportunities throughout the Plexus organizational structure. PYP enhances an environment of collaboration and development by focusing on networking, professional development, community service and continuing education.

The mission of Women in Network (WiN) is to champion the advancement of women in their professional and personal development and through various career and life stages. WiN’s goal is to inspire women and men alike and promote a culture of sponsorship that fosters development and increases productivity and engagement.
